EGAST — Professional Food Trades Exhibition
Created in 1986, EGAST is the leading biennial trade fair for the CHR (Café-Hôtel-Restaurant) sector and food trades in the Grand Est region of France. The 2028 edition runs from 19 to 22 March at the Strasbourg Exhibition Centre, welcoming over 25,000 professional visitors and 500+ exhibitors and brands from Alsace, the Grand Est, and the Rhine basin.
