The French Dental Association Annual Congress (Congrès de l'ADF) takes place 24–28 November 2026 at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, 2 place de la Porte-Maillot, 75017 Paris, France.
It is billed as Europe's largest dental congress: a scientific programme of over 100 sessions with about 400 speakers, plus an international exhibition of 12,830 sqm on four levels, with about 300 international exhibitors and 28,000 visitors expected. The exhibition is organised with Comident, the French dental trade and industry association.

Hours differ for the conference and the exhibition — there is no single daily timetable.
- Scientific programme: Tuesday 24 November 2026, 14:00 until Saturday 28 November 2026, 12:00. Open to dental team members; a registration fee is required.
- International exhibition: Wednesday 25 November 2026, 09:00 until Saturday 28 November 2026, 14:00. Free for healthcare professionals (children under 16 are not admitted).
- Wednesday–Friday: 09:00–19:00 (last entry 18:00)
- Saturday: 09:00–14:00 (last entry 13:00)
