BTExpo 2026 - Belgium Travel Expo 2026
BTExpo 2026, the annual Belgian travel and tourism fair dedicated to professionals, takes place 16-17 November 2026 across two venues: the Van der Valk Hotel in Nivelles and the KAA Gent Arena in Ghent. An opening cocktail reception is held on the evening of Sunday 15 November; Monday 16 November at Nivelles features a workshop, presentations, a networking lunch and a cocktail reception; Tuesday 17 November moves to Gent.
BTExpo is 100% B2B - exclusively between business professionals - and gathers the entire travel ecosystem under one roof: airlines and airline brokers, airports and transfers, booking systems, car rental, cruises, DMC/MICE, hotels, insurance, rail, technology, tour operators, tourism boards and embassies, trade associations, culture and attractions.
The 2026 edition follows a 21st edition in 2025 that drew 1,280 visitors and 245 exhibitors. Expect 1,300+ professionals including some 400 sales representatives and 600 travel agents, plus conferences on industry insights and trends and pre-scheduled appointments. Both venues offer free parking and easy access from Brussels and Antwerp.
