About
The NCPERS Annual Conference & Exhibition (ACE) is the longest-running educational conference for state and local public pensions, organised by NCPERS (National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems, 1201 New York Avenue NW, Suite 850, Washington, DC 20005). The 2027 edition runs 16-19 May 2027 in New York City at the Sheraton New York Times Square.
ACE brings together more than 800 participants - trustees, administrators, plan staff, state and local officials, financial consultants, service providers, union representatives and regulators from across the United States and Canada - for four days of education, panels and networking, with 40+ expert-led sessions and up to 15 continuing education hours covering pension administration, governance, investments and emerging technologies.
2027 edition

- Registration opens 1 February 2027 and NCPERS membership is required: pension fund / stakeholder member early-bird $1,225 (rising to $1,425 after 23 April 2027), service provider member $1,395 (rising to $1,595), guests $200

The ACE exhibition floor presents products, services and solutions for public pension systems, alongside a sponsorship programme supporting the education programme.

Pension trustees, administrators, plan staff and plan sponsors, state and local officials, and industry stakeholders. NCPERS membership is required to participate.
