EXPHORE (Expo Hoteles y Restaurantes) is the leading trade show for the foodservice, hospitality and supermarket industries in Central America. The 25th edition runs Tuesday 29 June, Wednesday 30 June and Thursday 1 July 2027 at the Costa Rica Convention Center (Centro de Convenciones de Costa Rica), Costa Rica, open daily 11:00-19:00. The show is held annually.
EXPHORE is positioned as a business platform designed to help exhibitors generate new business opportunities, strengthen market presence, showcase innovations and connect directly with buyers, distributors, chefs, hoteliers, retailers and industry leaders. The 2025 edition recorded 8,439 participants (6,074 trade visitors and 2,365 exhibitor personnel) across roughly 250 booths. Exhibitor categories include food, beverages, coffee, equipment, packaging and disposables, linens and tableware, cleaning and hygiene, hospitality services, furniture and decor, maintenance and building solutions, security, finance, gluten-free products, education and technology/software. Visitors include hotel, restaurant, supermarket, cafe and bakery owners and general managers, chefs, baristas and bakers, and purchasing managers from the HORECA sector, hospitals and clubs.
