Acton Children's Business Fair

The Acton Children's Business Fair is a one-day marketplace that inspires children to discover their inner entrepreneur by launching their very own startup businesses. Kids develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy, and then open for customers at the event.

Event Details

• Up to 36 businesses accepted
• Tented outdoor event with booths
• Each business receives an 8-foot table (shared) and 1-2 chairs
• No electricity available for booths

Rules and Participation

The event is designed to give children the experience of selling a product or service. Parents may help with the application, but children are expected to do as much as possible by themselves, including set up, customer interaction, and sales. If a parent is found selling or promoting a child's product, the business will be disqualified.
