Intermountain Train Expo 2026
The 2026 Intermountain Train Expo, held at the Western Sports Center in Farmington, UT on November 7‑8, is Utah’s premier hands‑on model railroad show. Sponsored by Stadler US, the event features a wide range of modular layouts—including Northern Utah Lego User Group, S‑Scale Western Utah, Free‑MoN Utah Lego User Group, Wasatch N‑Scale Model RR Club, Utah Train Collectors, and both N‑Scale and HO‑Scale clubs from Ophir Tintic—as well as a variety of vendors such as Hobby Stop, Rio Grande Modeling, Marklin Model Trains, and European Train Enthusiasts. Exhibitors showcase themed displays like Pizza Box Layouts, Tree Clinic, Demolition Derby, Box Car Races, a Photo Booth, and a Puff Ball Game. Attendees can tour Stadler’s 1:1 commuter‑train manufacturing facility, purchase tickets online (prices start at $12), and participate in layout‑building workshops.
