Colorado Self Storage Association (COSSA) Annual Conference & Trade Show. The 2026 edition runs October 14-15, 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Vail, 1300 Westhaven Dr, Vail, CO 81657. Wednesday, October 14, 5:00-7:00 pm and Thursday, October 15, 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Group room rates at the Grand Hyatt Vail are $229/night plus a discounted resort fee.
