Welfare EXPO 2026
Welfare EXPO (福利厚生 EXPO) is Japan's largest trade show focused on employee benefits and workplace engagement. Organized by RX Japan, it brings together outsourced welfare programmes, corporate cafeteria and refreshment services, leisure and lifestyle support, and other offerings that help employers improve satisfaction and retention. The show targets general affairs, HR, corporate planning, and executive teams across industries.
Welfare EXPO is a specialist exhibition within the Office Expo portfolio and co-locates with the broader General Affairs, HR and Accounting Week events in major Japanese cities. The official product page confirms a three-day run from 18–20 November 2026, 10:00–17:00 at INTEX Osaka (インテックス大阪). Additional Welfare EXPO editions are scheduled in Tokyo and Nagoya on later dates listed on the organizer site.
