NFMT East 2027

NFMT East is the Baltimore edition of the National Facilities Management and Technology conference and expo, produced by Trade Press Media Group for facilities and operations leaders responsible for building performance, safety, and reliability.

The 2027 show runs March 31 through April 2, 2027 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland. The official site promotes practitioner-led education across more than 90 sessions, an exhibit hall with industry suppliers and new technologies, and networking opportunities for facilities professionals from healthcare, higher education, transportation, and other sectors.

Attendees can explore conference tracks focused on real-world facilities challenges, continuing education options, expo hall demonstrations, and peer networking. NFMT East rotates on the East Coast calendar alongside the organization's other national NFMT events.
