Gastro Sweet Fest is a two‑day festival of modern gastronomy, pastry, baking and coffee held at PVA EXPO PRAHA on 2–3 October 2026, running alongside the FOR BEAUTY, FOR KIDS and FOR INTERIOR fairs. Aimed at the public and culinary schools, the event offers tastings, workshops, live demos and attractive exhibitions. Main exhibition zones include a Confectionery Zone, Bakery Zone, Beverage Zone, Modern Gastronomy Zone, as well as food trucks, mobile stalls and a serving‑design area. The festival highlights leading Czech pastry and bakery artisans, coffee specialists and innovative gastronomy concepts, and features a carving competition (Czech Carving Cup). Expected attendance exceeds 30,000 visitors across the combined fairs, with dozens of exhibitors and participants from several foreign countries.
