The China Ningbo International Stationery Fair is the world-leading stationery and office supplies event, held March 25–27, 2027 at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, Ningbo, China. Based in Ningbo — the global stationery manufacturing and trade center — the fair has ranked first in the Asia-Pacific stationery industry for years.

The 2026 edition used Halls 1–8, the Hall 9 outdoor hall, Halls 11, 16 and 57, covering 64,000 sqm with 1,872 exhibitors from across China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam, attracting 60,458 admissions and 35,517 visitors including 1,134 overseas buyers from 96 countries and regions. It is an efficient trade platform for stationery, office supplies, toys and gifts.
