BioSüd is a specialist trade fair for the organic food and natural products retail trade in southern Germany. It is organized as part of the BioMessen series by Matthias Deppe and Wolfram Müller OHG and takes place at Messe Augsburg in Halls 5 and 7.

The fair is aimed exclusively at trade visitors. Admission is subject to prior accreditation through the BioMessen ticket shop at least 48 hours before the event. Trade credentials may include proof of business registration, a company business card, employer or university confirmation, or an exhibitor invitation.
