BioSüd is the BioMesse for southern Germany, one of four independent annual trade fairs in the BioMessen series for the organic retail and wholesale sector. Organizers Matthias Deppe and Wolfram Müller OHG (Messebüro) bring together regional and national actors from the German organic industry for B2B networking, product discovery, and specialist dialogue.

The fair takes place at Messe Augsburg (Augsburger Schwabenhallen), Halls 5 and 7, with the navigation address Am Messezentrum 5, 86159 Augsburg, Germany. The published 2027 visitor edition is scheduled for Sunday, 26 September 2027, with opening hours 9:00–17:00. Day tickets are €20; admission is for trade visitors only and requires accreditation (business registration, exhibitor invitation, or equivalent proof).
