ISS GUT! is a biennial trade fair in Leipzig (14‑16 Nov 2027) that serves the out‑of‑home catering market in Germany’s new federal states. It showcases products, services and trends for the hospitality and food‑service sectors. Main exhibit categories include FOODSpecial (a specialist conference on school and institutional catering), Cocktail, Food Masters, DEHOGA Forum, Food Artistic Marketplace, regional products, a table‑tournament, IHK seminars, a Revolution KI (AI) showcase, industry evenings and a hybrid Foodhub. The fair targets restaurateurs, hoteliers, community‑catering operators, bakers, confectioners, butchers, caterers, trade and wholesale firms, as well as planners and snack‑service providers. In 2025 the event hosted 253 exhibitors from nine countries and attracted 9,800 visitors, underscoring its role as a key platform for digitalisation, sustainability and regionality in the German out‑of‑home food market.
