It showcases a comprehensive range of product categories across dedicated halls: Food Service (drinks, food trends), Hotel Hospitality (high‑end equipment and design for hotels, B&Bs and restaurants), Coffee, Tea, Sweets & Breakfast, Fast‑Casual concepts, Kitchen Equipment (large‑scale kitchens, high‑tech ovens, dishwashers), Snack/Fast‑Food, and Café/Bar/Nightlife (Belgian brews, club scene).
