Xantar 2026, the 27th International Gastronomic Tourism Fair in Ourense, runs from 19 to 22 November 2026. The four‑day event showcases the best of Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American enogastronomic destinations. Main exhibits include a large exhibition hall with national and international food producers, a dedicated area for sustainable and healthy gastronomy, and a "Tunnel of Wine" for wine tasting.
