Medical Device Development Expo (MEDIX) is a specialised exhibition held concurrently within Manufacturing World Tokyo at Tokyo Big Sight. Organised by RX Japan, it focuses on components and devices for medical and healthcare equipment, development and manufacturing technology, and OEM services for the medtech supply chain.

The Tokyo edition runs 16–18 June 2027 (Wednesday through Friday) at Tokyo Big Sight in Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo. Show hours are 10:00–17:00 daily, as published for Manufacturing World Tokyo 2027.

MEDIX brings together exhibitors and visitors from device makers, component suppliers, and contract manufacturers seeking partners for R&D, prototyping, and production. Product coverage spans electronic and mechanical parts, sensors, materials, packaging, sterilisation-related technologies, and factory solutions relevant to regulated medical device manufacturing.

The expo is co-located with the broader Manufacturing World portfolio at the same venue and dates, allowing buyers to source both general industrial manufacturing solutions and medical-device-specific technologies in one visit.
