Hospital Expo is one of the specialist exhibitions that make up MEDICAL JAPAN Tokyo (Medical / Elderly Care / Pharmacy Week Tokyo), alongside Clinics Expo, Pharmacy Solutions Expo, Elderly Care & Welfare Expo, and related healthcare fairs. Organised by RX Japan GK and co-organised with the Japan Hospital Association, the Japan Care Association, and the Pharmacy DX Promotion Consortium, the Tokyo edition targets hospital and clinic decision-makers sourcing systems, devices, and services for acute and outpatient care.

The confirmed 2027 Tokyo show runs Wednesday 26 May through Friday 28 May, 10:00–17:00 JST, at Tokyo Big Sight in Ariake, Tokyo. Exhibitors cover hospital management systems, medical IT, imaging and surgical equipment, robotics, bedside systems, nursing products, beds and examination furniture, and related hospital infrastructure. Hospital Expo is positioned for suppliers who want direct access to hospital leadership and information-systems buyers rather than only general trade visitors.
