Reed Retail Fairs Sydney

Reed Retail Fairs Sydney is New South Wales' largest wholesale retail trade buying event, produced by RX Australia at International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) in Darling Harbour. The fair positions itself as the launchpad for what is next in Australian retail, giving buyers a hands-on opportunity to see, touch, and compare seasonal ranges from hundreds of exhibitors.

The confirmed 2027 show runs 20–23 February 2027. Official opening hours are Saturday through Monday 9:00–18:00 and Tuesday 9:00–15:00. Registration for retail buyers is free via the organiser website; visitor registration closes at midday on the final day according to the organiser.

Seven curated sourcing destinations span everyday gift and lifestyle, fashion and jewellery, home and décor, kids and family, beauty and wellness, outdoor living, and pet products. The Sydney program is co-located with Life Instyle on two levels at ICC Sydney, adding complementary homewares and design-led brands for broader retail sourcing.
