India International Hospitality Expo (IHE)

The organizer schedules IHE 2027 for 4–7 August 2027 at India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR). Exhibition hours are 10:00–18:00 daily. The 2027 edition uses Halls 9, 10, 11 and 12 on the venue campus.

About

Held annually, IHE brings together the complete ecosystem of hospitality, foodservice and HORECA under one roof—from commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment to F&B, bakery, interiors, OS&E, technology and hospitality supplies. The platform targets hotel owners, restaurateurs, procurement heads, chefs, developers, architects and other hospitality decision-makers across India.

Scale and programming

The official site promotes 25,000+ B2B visitors, 1,000+ exhibiting brands from 16+ countries, and 100+ speakers. Co-located competitions and side events (for example Pastry Queen India, Master Bakers Challenge India and culinary masterclasses) run alongside the main trade show.
