Salon de la Gastronomie des Outre-Mer 2026 (SAGASDOM)
The 10th edition of SAGASDOM, the gastronomy fair dedicated to France's overseas territories and world cuisines, takes place 2-4 October 2026 at the Pavillon Gravelle (Paris 12th, near the Parc Floral).
Visitors discover terroir products, rum, spices and specialties from Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, French Guiana, New Caledonia and other territories, with cooking demonstrations and producer stands.
