Souzai Delica Japan (SDJ) 2026

Souzai Delica Japan (SDJ) 2026 takes place 11-13 November 2026, 10:00-17:00, at Tokyo Big Sight, as part of FOOD展 2026, the composite exhibition for the food industry (F-SYS / FSJ / FF / FD / SDJ).

SDJ focuses on equipment, machinery and materials for prepared-food (souzai) and sweets manufacturing, highlighting automation and labour-saving solutions for deli vendors, food service operators and retailers. The 2025 edition drew 9,643 visitors across co-located shows. The event is organised by the Souzai Delica Japan Organising Committee with Atex Co., Ltd., under the auspices of Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
