FOOD STYLE JAPAN is a negotiation-style trade show where food, beverage, equipment and service suppliers meet buyers from the eating-out (gaishoku), prepared-foods (nakashoku), retail and trading-company sectors. The former standalone Eating Out Business Week (gaishokubusiness.jp) is now integrated into this Tokyo edition; the original domain has been repurposed and no longer serves the show.
