The Sydney Disability Expo links thousands of people with disability to hundreds of products and service providers under one fully accessible roof. Entry is free.
2027 dates and hours
The next Sydney edition runs Friday 6 and Saturday 7 August 2027, 9am to 3pm, in Exhibition Hall 4 at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
What to expect
- Face-to-face meetings with service providers, support organisations and community groups covering assistive technology, inclusive housing, health services and NDIS options
- Interactive sessions and live stage talks from industry leaders, advocates and changemakers in disability support
- Live entertainment, performances and activities designed for all ages
Accessibility
The expo is designed to be inclusive and stress-free, with live captioning on stage, Auslan interpreters, a dedicated quiet hour on the Saturday morning, assistance-animal friendly facilities with watering stations, and accessible venue, parking and drop-off zones.
