About Fi India 2027
Fi India is Informa Markets' dedicated trade exhibition for food and health ingredients in India. It brings together ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, producers of flavours, colours, enzymes and cultures, nutraceutical companies and R&D teams across the food and beverage value chain. The show is co-located with ProPak India, so a single visit covers ingredients, packaging and processing technology.
2027 Edition: 29 September - 1 October 2027, BIEC Bengaluru
The 2027 edition runs 29 September - 1 October 2027 at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), 10th Mile, Tumkur Road, Bengaluru 562 123, Karnataka, India. It is the first edition held in Bengaluru: the show was staged at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai through its 2026 edition, and the organiser has moved the event to BIEC for 2027.
Opening hours are 10:00 - 18:00 on 29 and 30 September and 10:00 - 17:00 on 1 October 2027.
Programme and scale
Organisers expect more than 400 exhibiting companies, over 15,000 attendees and visitors from more than 50 countries across three days of networking. The programme includes the Fi India Conference and the Fi India Awards. Visitors register online in advance through the official website, and exhibitors can request a stand through the exhibitor section of the same site.
Travel
BIEC is on Tumkur Road (NH 75), north-west of central Bengaluru, and is connected by the Namma Metro Green Line, with Madavara the nearest station. Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) is the main international gateway.
