The Kansai Dessert, Sweets & Bakery Exhibition (第15回) is a dedicated constituent show within FABEX Kansai, western Japan’s major professional food and beverage trade fair platform. The official 2027 edition runs Wednesday 8 September through Friday 10 September 2027, daily from 10:00 to 17:00, at INTEX Osaka (Indoor Exhibition Halls). The dessert show is organized by Japan Food Journal Co., Ltd. (日本食糧新聞社) together with the All Japan Confectionery Industry Cooperative Association and related bakery industry bodies. It presents trends, ingredients, equipment and finished products for the dessert, sweets and retail bakery sectors alongside other FABEX Kansai co-located exhibitions. Admission is for industry professionals; advance visitor registration and invitation tickets apply per the organizer rules published on the official FABEX Kansai website.
