ARTISAN is a biennial trade fair for Belgian food craftsmen organised by Kortrijk Xpo, combining the successful concepts of Broodway (bakery and bread), Meat Expo (meat and charcuterie) and Taste of Tavola (gastronomy and fine food). The official organiser site (artisan-xpo.be) confirms the 2027 edition for 26-28 September 2027 at Kortrijk Xpo, Doorniksesteenweg 216, 8500 Kortrijk, West Flanders, Belgium.

Opening hours are 10:00 to 18:00 each day. Professionals from the bread, meat and deli sectors get free access after online registration (from 1 June 2027) with an invitation code; on-site tickets cost EUR 40 per person. Parking is EUR 9. The venue is directly next to exit 2 of the E17 motorway and reachable by public transport.
