SACHSENBACK

SACHSENBACK is the trade fair for bakery and confectionery trades in central and eastern Germany. The next edition is scheduled for 6–8 May 2028 at Messe Dresden on the Dresden exhibition grounds. Organized by Landesmesse Stuttgart, the fair is the regional meeting point where exhibitors present innovations in ingredients, baking technology, ovens, machinery, refrigeration, shop fitting, packaging, and café equipment. Trade visitors use the event to network, compare suppliers, and explore practical solutions for bakeries and confectionery businesses. The show combines regional industry tradition with a modern exhibition atmosphere and supporting program content for the baking trades.
