Retail Tech Marketplace is a one-day in-store technology event for retailers, organised by connexU. The 2027 edition takes place on 22 September 2027, 9am–5pm, at the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay West, The Rocks, Sydney NSW.
What the event is
Enterprise and mid-market retailers meet the leading providers of retail technology, covering the whole store stack: POS and payments, checkout, workforce technology, loss prevention, AI, connectivity and retail media. The format is built around pre-booked 25-minute 1-to-1 meetings, plus a conference programme and floor networking, so buyers can cover much of the market in a single day instead of months of individual calls.
CIOs, CTOs, heads of technology and innovation leads attend by invitation on a complimentary pass. Technology providers exhibit or sponsor with a stand or sponsorship package.
