CIME 2026 Shanghai - 17th International Thermal Management Materials Technology Expo
CIME 2026, the 17th Shanghai International Thermal Management Materials Technology Expo (formerly the Shanghai International Thermal Conductive and Cooling Materials and Liquid Cooling Technology Exhibition, branded CIME Rebo / CIME 热博会), takes place on 9-11 December 2026 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China.
Build-up and registration run 7-8 December, the show floor opens 9-11 December, and the official opening ceremony is on 9 December 2026 with move-out on 11 December. CIME was founded in Shenzhen in 2013 and has grown into the thermal-management industry's best-known Chinese trade fair, now running as a multi-city series with a June Shenzhen edition and this December Shanghai edition.
Exhibit profile spans the whole heat-conduction and heat-dissipation chain: thermally conductive fillers (alumina, boron nitride, aluminium nitride, graphite, metal powders, liquid metal), electronic packaging materials, thermal interface materials (gap pads, gels, greases, potting compounds, phase-change materials), ceramic substrates, heat-sink materials and composites, thermally conductive polymers, graphite films, graphene and carbon materials, thermal insulation and aerogels, heat pipes, vapour chambers, cooling modules, fans and heat-sink hardware, data-centre liquid cooling (cold plates, immersion cooling, quick connectors, coolants), plus thermal simulation software and test instruments such as laser-flash thermal conductivity meters and thermal analysers.
The target audience covers consumer electronics, 5G and AI hardware, data centres, power batteries and energy storage, new-energy vehicles, semiconductors and power devices, aerospace, medical instruments, industrial equipment and research institutes. The organisers are Bohan Exhibition (Shanghai/Shenzhen) and Shenzhen Liyue Exhibition Co., Ltd., with the Shenzhen Graphene Association among the co-organisers. The previous edition, CIME 2025 (15th Shanghai edition, held 17-19 December 2025 at SNIEC), covered 15,000 sqm with 368 exhibitors and 21,216 total visits.
