Nusantara Food & Hotel Expo Surabaya 2027
Nusantara Food & Hotel (NFH) Expo Surabaya is the East Java leg of the NFH series organised by PT Debindo Global Expo. The 2027 edition takes place from 16 to 19 September 2027 at Grand City Convex in Surabaya.
NFH Surabaya is positioned as a gateway to East Java's food, beverage and hospitality market, a region with an annual local F&B transaction value of roughly IDR 115.7 trillion and an F&B contribution of about 38.9 percent of East Java's total manufacturing output. The previous Surabaya edition (17-20 September 2026) showcased more than 100 brands and ran for four days.
The show covers the same twelve product groups as the Jakarta edition: meat and poultry, milk and dairy, seafood and cold chain, frozen and processed food, coffee and tea, food ingredients and seasoning, natural and organic products, bakery and pastry, beverages, hospitality and supplies, HORECA equipment, and hotel technology and operations.
The programme includes the Nusantara Culinary Challenge for culinary professionals, a coffee competition with the Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI), business matching, seminars and product launches. The 2027 NFH series also includes Bandung (30 April - 2 May 2027) and Jakarta at ICE BSD City (8-11 July 2027).
