Government Cyber Security Showcase Western Australia 2027
Government Cyber Security Showcase Western Australia is Public Sector Network's Perth forum for Western Australian government cyber security leaders.
Western Australia's cyber security landscape is defined by scale, critical infrastructure exposure and a uniquely centralised operating model. As the state progresses toward Government 3.0 - a more connected, data-driven and citizen-centred model of public service - cyber resilience is becoming a core operational priority.
The WA Government is strengthening its Cyber Security Unit and whole-of-government Security Operations Centre (SOC), shifting the focus from uplift to operational excellence so that agencies can detect, respond and recover at speed across a vast and highly interconnected state.
The showcase brings together senior leaders to explore how the state is embedding its cyber security policy into real-world operations, strengthening visibility across agencies and aligning cyber, privacy and data priorities. The programme is aimed at executive, cyber security and governance, and information management leaders from state and local government and the suppliers that support them.
The event is organised by Public Sector Network, which runs a national series of Government Cyber Security Showcase forums across Australia and New Zealand. Venue details for the Perth edition will be published on the organiser's event page.
