The 30th China Bakery Exhibition (CBE) takes place 10–12 May 2027 at Canton Fair Complex Area D in Guangzhou.

CBE is a professional exhibition for China’s baking industry, organized with All-China Bakery Association and Guangzhou Sinobake International Exhibition Co., Ltd. Since partnering with Informa Markets in 2021, the show has combined baking, foodservice and food manufacturing through exhibition, conference, competition, showcase and marketplace formats.

CBE 2027 is co-located with GIFE (Chain Franchise Expo) and FHC South China Global Food Show. Exhibit categories listed by the organizer include bakery ingredients and accessories, mooncakes and fillings, baking packaging, baking machinery and equipment, coffee and tea, home baking, pre-made baking, and snack foods.
