Plastfocus 2027
Plastfocus is India's plastics-focused trade exhibition, organised and co-owned by MD India (Mehra Media) with the Plastics and Machinery Manufacturers Association of India (PMMAI). It presents the complete plastics value chain - "from source to finished goods and beyond" - across ten industry-focused zones covering machine manufacturers, raw material suppliers and services, additives, moulds and dies, post-processing equipment, finished products, emerging technologies, quality control and testing equipment, recycling and green solutions, and R&D, education and training institutes.
The next edition, Plastfocus 2027, is scheduled for 23-26 June 2027 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), 10th Mile, Tumkur Road, Madanayakanahalli, Bengaluru 562 123, Karnataka, India. The official site highlights 300+ machines running live in action powered by 25 MW of electricity (a "factory-floor" demonstration format), participation from 60-90+ countries, buyer-seller meetings with sourcing houses and trade bodies, knowledge sessions on global markets and export strategies, and a sustainability focus on bioplastics, recycling and green solutions. Exhibitor registration, event brochures and hall layouts are available on the organiser's website.
Plastfocus follows earlier editions held in Bengaluru (the site presents a 2024 edition snapshot). The event positions itself as a platform for exporting-oriented Indian plastics manufacturers to reach international buyers and for global suppliers to access the Indian market.
Admin note: previous needs_review verdict (no_dates, Sept 2026) is overturned - the official homepage now clearly lists confirmed dates 23-26 June 2027 and the BIEC Bengaluru venue. Placeholder 2020-01-01 dates replaced with confirmed 2027 dates.
