EKO-LAS Forestry industry fair 2027
EKO-LAS is the largest forestry event in this part of Europe and the most important event for the forestry industry in Poland. It is an excellent opportunity to see the latest machines and technologies in action in the natural forest environment. The fair attracts professionals from the forestry and service sectors, as well as representatives from the State Forests and public administration.
The EKO-LAS programme includes machine demonstrations in the field, forestry machinery operator competitions, industry debates, forestry education and thematic zones such as the skidder-trailer and timber-transport zones. Demonstrations take place in two main areas:
- In the forest: demonstrations of forwarders, harvesters, skidders and forest trailers, with industry lectures and presentations.
- In the clearing: timber loading demonstrations, tree-planting machine demonstrations and many other attractions.
EKO-LAS 2027 is the 20th edition of the fair. According to the organiser, Mostki near Swiebodzin once again becomes the centre of Polish forestry in 2027. The fair grounds are open-air areas located directly on the forest terrain along road no. 92 between Swiebodzin and Torzym.
The fair is organised by Grupa MTP, one of the largest exhibition organisers in Central and Eastern Europe. EKO-LAS dates back to 2003 and the previous editions drew around 130 exhibitors over roughly 23 hectares of forest exhibition area, with thousands of visitors from numerous countries.
