Where the Margin Is. International Conference 2027
Where the Margin Is is the annual agribusiness conference run by IKAR, held for the 18th time in 2027. The event is built for large agricultural producers, farmland investors, manufacturers and distributors of agricultural inputs, financiers, insurers, traders, processors, agribusiness investors and policy makers. Over its previous editions the conference has drawn more than 650 senior executives in person, with the land bank represented by attending agribusiness companies growing from 2.3 million hectares at inception to close to 9 million hectares of arable land, and now covering around 112 million hectares including 76 million hectares of perennial crop farmland.
The 2027 edition is scheduled for February 15-16, 2027 at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel, Eurasia Square 2, Moscow. The agenda covers Russian and global agricultural and food markets for the 2026/27 season, oilseed markets and their regulation, the impact of El Nino on global agriculture, the macroeconomic situation and its effect on agribusiness, and current issues in agro-logistics, alongside sessions on farmland and agribusiness investments in Russia.
