Exhibit Details
- Indoor Booths: 10'x10' spaces including a 6ft draped table, 2 chairs, 110 power, Wi-Fi, and 2 attendee badges. Member price: $725; Non-member price: $1,100.
- Outdoor Booths: 10'x15' sidewalk spaces (8,500 lb limit) available as an add-on for $400.

Registration & Policies
Current exhibitors can retain their booth positions by pre-registering between February 20 and March 6, 2026. Booth change requests are due by March 10, 2026. Open registration for new vendors begins March 11, 2026. Cancellations before February 1 incur a $100 fee; no refunds are allowed after February 1.
