Baking Industry Trade Show 2027
The Baking Industry Trade Show is a boutique trade show organised by the Baking Association of Australia (BAA) for bakeries, patisseries and bakers across Australia.
The next edition returns to Melbourne on 29 June–1 July 2027 at Caulfield Racecourse in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. The official site states transport to the front door and ample free parking. Registrations will open soon. Attendance is free for industry participants.
Planned 2027 features listed by the organiser include a networking pickleball court, an industry conference area, private business suites for suppliers, and the Excellence in Baking Apprentice Bake Off. Standing programme elements on the official site include Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Competition, the Artisan Baking Competition, the National Donut Competition, the Excellence in Baking Awards Night, workshops and an exhibitor directory.
The 2026 edition was held 16–18 June 2026 at Gold Coast Turf Club, Bundall. The 2025 edition was 15–17 July 2025 at Wentworth Park Complex, Glebe, Sydney, with visitor hours 10:00–16:00 on those days (do not treat those hours as confirmed for 2027). The homepage countdown is set to 10:00 on 29 June 2027; daily closing times for 2027 have not been published.
