Saifee Burhani Expo 2027
Saifee Burhani Expo is a business exhibition series organised by Saifee Burhani Events, the exhibitions and events arm of the Dawoodi Bohra Department of Economic Affairs (DBohra). Since 2022 the expo has been held in Taherabad (Rajasthan), Jamnagar (Gujarat), Indore (Madhya Pradesh, 3rd edition), Pune (4th edition, 4-6 January 2025, Deccan College Ground) and Mumbai (5th edition, 19-21 December 2025). The Mumbai edition was co-organised with Media Fusion Group and branded 'Construction 360', refocusing the series on the construction and built-environment sector.
The next edition, Construction 360 Expo 2027, is scheduled for Thursday 15 - Saturday 17 April 2027 at Hall 2, Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO Centre, Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063, India, under the tagline 'Driven by Innovation. Built for Sustainability. Powered by Transformation.' Visitor registrations are open. Promoted highlights for 2027 include a three-day exhibition and conference, a larger show floor, a Business Matchmaking Zone, renewed knowledge sessions and a Property Technology focus.
The inaugural Construction 360 edition (December 2025) hosted 113 exhibitors and attracted over 4,800 trade professionals and 52 speakers across three days, including developers, construction and infrastructure companies, architects, interior designers and furniture and product designers. It featured a Sustainability Pavilion, a Green Innovation Zone, a Dubai Pavilion and a dedicated conference, and was inaugurated by Rahul Narwekar, Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, together with Shahzada Idris Badruddin. The 2025 speaker lineup included Jimmy Mistry (Della Group), Vinod Baheti (Adani Cement), Rajesh Phadke (JNPT), Keval Valambhia (MCHI), Qutub Mandviwala, Hussaine Kesury (Pepperfry) and Nilesh Sonawane (Owens Corning).
Exhibitors showcase construction materials such as tiles, sanitaryware, paints, adhesives, structural steel and roofing; glass and aluminium solutions; modular kitchens and furniture; interior design and décor; smart-home systems; construction machinery; solar and energy solutions; and services from architects, interior designers, turnkey contractors, developers, proptech and real-estate professionals. While rooted in the Dawoodi Bohra community's entrepreneurial base, the expo is open to exhibitors and visitors from all communities.
