TANKSTELLE & MITTELSTAND is Germany’s longest-running trade show for the petrol-station service centre, held every two years since 1983. The next edition is 2–3 June 2027 at Messe Essen (Halls 7 and 8, East Entrance, Messeplatz 1, 45131 Essen). Opening hours published by Messe Essen are 09:00–18:00 on both Wednesday and Thursday. Admission is for trade visitors.

The organizer is Einkaufsgesellschaft freier Tankstellen mbH (EFT), Bonn. Exhibition themes include fuel and forecourt business (station construction, dispensing technology, electronics, environmental technology, alternative fuels), shop and convenience, commercial car wash, and innovative services such as finance, insurance, and training.

The previous edition ran 21–22 May 2025 at the same venue, with the organizer reporting more than 5,000 visitors and more than 200 exhibitors.
