The Decorated Apparel Expo (DAX) is the premier trade show for screen printing, embroidery, heat-applied graphics, direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) equipment, consumables and services for the decorated apparel industry. The Kansas City edition is held at the KCI Expo Center, 11730 North Ambassador Drive, Kansas City, MO, USA, on Friday 19 February and Saturday 20 February 2027.
Show hours: Friday 10:00 - 17:00, Saturday 10:00 - 14:00. Attendee registration is free, and exhibitor registration is open for the 2027 show. The show page also lists hotel options, education seminars, a full schedule, show specials and local leisure suggestions.
Kansas City has been a stop on the DAX tour for years, and the KCI Expo Center is conveniently located in the heart of the country, close to Kansas City International Airport, making it an easy stop for exhibitors and visitors. Show exhibitors include major suppliers of inkjet and screen printing equipment, embroidery systems, heat transfer and DTF/DTG solutions, blanks, embroidery and heat transfer films, and decorating software.
Other confirmed stops on the 2027 DAX circuit are Minneapolis/Bloomington (Twin Cities, 16-17 April), Nashville at the Farm Bureau Exposition Center in Lebanon, TN (14-15 May), Tinley Park, IL near Chicago (11-12 June) and Indianapolis at the Blue Ribbon Pavilion (1-2 October). Additional 2027 dates are still to be announced.
