About Afrilab Kenya
Afrilab Kenya is the leading trade exhibition for laboratory technology and analysis in East Africa. The 6th edition runs from 12 to 14 May 2027 at the Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi, Kenya, open daily from 10:00 to 18:00.
The show is organised by Expogroup and targets hospital laboratories, commercial laboratories, research laboratories and public health laboratories across the East African region. Exhibitors present laboratory balances, diagnostic reagents and equipment, analytical instruments, chromatography systems, laboratory automation and software, fine chemicals and consumables.

Buyers from across East Africa use the exhibition to source new products, equipment and services, meet new business contacts and build partnerships. The 2026 edition drew more than 3,200 trade visitors and featured over 200 exhibitors with 6,000+ products on display.
