Záhradkár 2027 (31st edition)
The Záhradkársky veľtrh Trenčín — Slovakia’s largest gardening fair — returns for its 31st edition on 14–18 April 2027 at Letisko Trenčín (Trenčín Airport).

- ZÁHRADKÁR – main gardening and horticulture exhibition
- REGION TOUR & TRAVEL – new for 2027: tourism and travel exhibitors join the fair
- SALÓN ZÁHRADNEJ TECHNIKY – garden machinery and equipment salon

- DETSKÝ SVET: Farmárik – children’s zone (10,000+ m²) with free entry and free attractions
Opening & programme
- Grand opening 14 April at 11:00, including the 3rd year of the Prof. Ivan Hričovský Award.
- Historická žatva – daily demonstrations of historical harvesting with machinery from 1900.
- Aréna Eduarda Jakubeka – practical fruit-tree care demonstrations by leading Slovak experts (Ing. E. Jakubek, M. Čurda, F. Laššák).
- Professional guarantors: Slovak Union of Gardeners, Slovak Union of Beekeepers, Association of Folk Crafts.
Practical information
- Venue: letisko Trenčín; in 2027 both arrivals open — from the new Bierovce bridge (Trenčín / Nozdrkovce) and from Opatovce.
- Free shuttle buses run between Trenčín bus station and the airport (SAD Trenčín).
- Getting there by train: ZSSK services from Bratislava and Košice run hourly; the venue is reachable by shuttle from the station.
