EXPO REAL is the International Trade Fair for Real Estate, Investment and Infrastructure, organised by Messe Munich GmbH. The 2027 edition takes place at the Trade Fair Center Messe Munich, Am Messesee 2, 81829 Munich, Germany, from 4 to 6 October 2027. It is the 28th edition of the fair, which was founded in 1998, and it covers the full life cycle of real estate: conception and development, financing and implementation, marketing, operation and use. Focus topics include investable infrastructure, retail (Grand Plaza), hotel investment, logistics, housing, and Transform & Beyond by EXPO REAL, an area dedicated entirely to future and transformation topics, plus the CareerDay programme for students and young professionals. A conference programme with around 400 speakers runs alongside the exhibition. Visitor opening hours: Monday 4 October 09:00-19:00, Tuesday 5 October 09:00-19:00 and Wednesday 6 October 09:00-16:00; exhibitors have access from 07:30, and the turnstiles open at 08:53. The fairgrounds are directly served by the U2 subway at Messestadt West, and the EXPO REAL ticket includes local public transport (MVV zones M-6) on the day of the visit.
