Korea International Bakery Fair 2027
The Korea International Bakery Fair (KIBA) 2027 takes place from 28 April (Wed) to 1 May (Sat) 2027 at Coex Hall D, Seoul, Korea. Opening hours are 10:00-18:00, with the final day closing at 17:00. KIBA is organised by Coex together with the Korea Bakery Association and the Korea Master Bakers Association, and is regarded as the biggest bakery exhibition in South Korea, drawing large numbers of domestic and international buyers.
The 2027 edition is planned with 100 exhibitors occupying 300 booths and an expected 20,000 visitors. Exhibit categories span the full bakery value chain: bakery machinery (flour mills, spiral mixers, dough dividers and rounders, deck ovens, proofer, blast freezers and display cases), bakery packaging equipment and eco-friendly packaging, bakery ingredients and raw materials such as gluten-free and vegan ingredients, chocolate, baking powder and yeast, commercial and wholesale bakery and dessert finished products, semi-processed and frozen dough products and bakery mixes, dairy products, eggs and processed meat products, bakery tools and supplies, and bakery start-up solutions covering cafe consulting, interior design, inventory management, testing and inspection, POS systems and quality control.
KIBA also runs a wide competition and seminar programme, including the National Baking Competition, the Student Baking Competition, the Quescrem cheese competition, the Powdered Rice Seminar, guest country pavilions and the House of Patissier pavilion, together with B2B networking between exhibitors, bakery franchise owners and food conglomerates. A visitor pass also grants entry to the co-located Coffee Expo Seoul held in Coex Hall A and B over the same dates.
