IDDBA Show 2027
The IDDBA Show is the annual North American trade event for the dairy, deli, bakery and foodservice industry, organised by the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA). The 2027 edition runs June 6-8, 2027 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
Audience and scale. The show is an industry-only event aimed at retail buyers, merchandisers, executives and suppliers. Recent editions drew more than 11,000 registrants and 1,000+ exhibiting companies from 40+ countries; 81% of retail attendees were buyers or key decision makers.
What to expect. An exhibit hall covering dairy, deli, bakery and foodservice products, including a dedicated New Exhibitor area; a speaker programme, panel discussions and networking events; and What's in Store Live trend presentations built on IDDBA's What's in Store research.
Practical information. IDDBA 2027 registration opens in January.
