TestConX EXPO 2027
TestConX EXPO is the exhibition portion of TestConX, the annual workshop dedicated to test consumables, test cell integration and test operations for packaged semiconductors. The 28th annual TestConX takes place February 28 - March 3, 2027 in Mesa, Arizona.
The EXPO brings together exhibitors from across the semiconductor test supply chain, including test sockets and contactors, probe cards, load boards and printed circuit boards, handlers, burn-in hardware, materials and thermal solutions, and automated test equipment and related services. Attendees can explore what is new and next in test and burn-in technology, meet suppliers directly and network during dedicated exhibit hours and receptions.
The exhibition area sits in close proximity to the technical program ballroom, so visitors can combine conference sessions on sockets and contacts, signal integrity, burn-in and system level test, advanced packaging test, photonics test and validation with time on the show floor. The EXPO has sold out in recent years, and exhibit space is allocated to returning exhibitors first before new exhibitors are added in registration order.
TestConX draws an international audience of test and product engineers, hardware providers and test service companies, and the event is widely regarded as the premier gathering for socketing and related test technologies.
