Cucinare - Ortogiardino 2027
Cucinare is the quality food and wine show (Salone dell'enogastronomia) of Pordenone, now staged inside Ortogiardino, the horticulture, floriculture and nursery fair held at Pordenone Fiere.
The 2027 edition runs from 6 to 14 March 2027 at Pordenone Fiere, Viale Treviso 1, 33170 Pordenone, Italy, concurrently with Ortogiardino. Cucinare occupies the new entrance hall 5-bis-ter, directly adjacent to the central entrance, and offers stand space for the sale of typical quality products, wines and craft beers, plus an events area with show cooking, tastings and meetings with chefs. The organiser expects more than 60,000 visitors over the nine days of the event.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 14:00-19:00; Saturday and Sunday 09:30-19:00. Because the daily opening hours differ, no single start/end time is stored for the event.
The previous edition was held from 7 to 15 March 2026 together with Ortogiardino; the 2026 exhibitors' list and the 2026 meetings programme are published on the official site, and the exhibitor registration form is open for the 2027 edition.
