The Honolulu Board of REALTORS® hosts its annual GMM on Friday, Dec 12, 2026 at the Convention Center. The day begins with registration (8:00‑9:00) and a trade‑show area (Room 313) featuring resource partners and a wide range of exhibitors: major banks (Central Pacific, Bank of Hawaii, First Hawaiian), mortgage lenders (American Savings, Hawaii Mortgage Group), title companies (First American Title, Premier Title), MLS services (HiCentral MLS, Rental Beast), insurance, home‑warranty, and local media. Two educational workshops run from 9:00‑10:45: Workshop 1 on new state financing programs for first‑time homebuyers (HHFDC) and Workshop 2 on the Rental Beast platform for rental listings and client tools. A luncheon (11:30‑1:30) includes awards (REALTOR® of the Year, Aloha ’Āina) and sponsor door‑prize giveaways. Sponsorship tiers are highlighted (Premier, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver) with corresponding exhibitor logos.
